 FAMOPS™ - Family Optimization Systems
FAMOPS is a pre-, mid- or post-deployment training that teaches family members vital skills to cope and deal with deployment stressors. FAMOPS offers a systematic approach to the reintegration process, addressing how the family member can best work with the returning warrior. Like WAROPS, this training and practicum is intended to help family members identify neurological and biophysical responses to stress in the body and brain and offers valuable hands-on techniques for managing and mitigating stress. All trainings are combined with 30-day online follow-up training to help integrate the skills into everyday life and situations.
FAMOPS trainers have backgrounds in family issues, clinical and therapeutic modalities, the issues faced by family members of service personnel, including return, reunion and reintegration.
